Chad Fortun
Chad M Fortun is the Clinical Director of University Hospital Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Division's W.O. Walker Center Office. Chad is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from the physical therapy program at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has presented on shoulder plyometrics and examination/rehabilitation of the knee and shoulder. In addition, Chad has served as the kinesiology lecturer in the Dance Program at Case Western Reserve University for the past three years. He is co-director of the Dancer Wellness Program and is the physical therapy consultant to the Dance Program at Case. He has served as the on site physical therapist for the Broadway show "Aida". Mr. Fortun has presented on the Dancer Wellness Program at IADMS in 2002 and 2003, at PAMA in 2003 and at APTA CSM in 2003.
